With reference to the enclosure in the letter

from this Office No. F 38/15/10 of January 18th., 1921, I directed by Earl Curzon of Kedleston to transmit herewith, for the information of Mr. Secretary Churchill, copy of a note received from the Netherlands Chargé d'Affaires, respecting the rodification of the Opium Convention occasioned ry the resolution of the Assent ly of the League of Tetions of Decever 15th., 1920, under which henceforth the duties undertaken by the Netherlands Goverment under the Convention have Been transferred to

the League.

Lord Curzon proposes, with the concurren of r. Secretary Churchill, to reply that His Hoje Government have no objection to the wification
